ICFC Finance calls on shareholders to collect uncollected dividend; Urges shareholders dematerialize shares

ICFC Finance (ICFC) has published a notice calling its shareholders to collect uncollected bonus shares and cash dividends. The shareholders can collect their dividends from Global IME Capital, Jamal, Kathmandu or central office of ICFC Finance.
Global IME Capital is the share registrar of the company.
The company has been distributing bonus shares and cash dividend directly to shareholders' Demat account and bank account. Therefore, those who haven't dematerialized their shares are urged to do so in order to receive the dividends.
