ICFC Finance AGM today

ICFC Finance Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting in Kathmandu today.
A meeting of the finance company’s Board of Directors in September had decided to hold the 10th AGM at Regency Banquet at Sanogaucharan.
The AGM will endorse 5 percent bonus shares and 10.79 percent cash dividend offered by the company to the shareholders from the profit it posted in the last fiscal year.
It is also likely to endorse a proposal seeking to limit the promoter share to 51 percent and convert the remaining promoters’ holding to public shares.
It is also expected to appoint an auditor to audit its financial report for the current fiscal year.
