ICFC Finance AGM on October 8

ICFC Finance Limited is going to hold its Annual General Meeting on October 8 in Kathmandu.

A meeting of the finance company’s Board of Directors has decided to hold the 10th AGM at Regency Banquet at Sanogaucharan, according to a notice published today.

The AGM will endorse 5 percent bonus shares and 10.79 percent cash dividend offered by the company to the shareholders from the profit it posted in the last fiscal year.

It is also likely to endorse a proposal seeking to limit the promoter share to 51 percent and convert the remaining promoters’ holding to public shares.

It will also appoint an auditor to audit its financial report for the current fiscal year, the notice added.
