ICFC Finance AGM on Mangsir 16, BOD proposed 2:1 right

The 155th BOD meeting of ICFC Finance Limited has announced the book closure date from kartik 30 to Mangsir 16 for the purpose of its upcoming 11th Annual General Meeting, going to be held on Mangsir 16, 2071.

The same meeting has also proposed rights shares in the ratio of 2:1, which is also subjected to the approval of concerning authority. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Earlier on September, BOD meeting of ICFC Finance Limited has proposed 14 percent bonus share and 0.74 percent cash dividend ,for the tax purpose, to its shareholders which is also going to be endorsed by its upcoming AGM.
