Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company (HIDCL) Concluding Right Shares Auction Today

Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) is closing the auction of its unclaimed right shares today. The auction opened on 7th Ashwin and will close today, i.e. on 14th Ashwin at the end of banking hours. 

3,30,00,000 units promoter right shares and 32,29,794 units ordinary right shares are in auction. This is the quantity unclaimed by eligible shareholders in the rights issue. Individuals, institutions, and companies are all eligible to bid for the auction.

Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for the promoter right shares is 1 crore units and the minimum bid quantity for ordinary right shares is 100 units.
