Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) and City Hotel Ltd. (NEPSE: CITY) have unveiled plans to transform Hyatt Place Kathmandu into Nepal's inaugural Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu.
The rebranded hotel will boast a refreshed entrance and lobby, a unique sky bar, and enhanced amenities, capturing the dynamic essence of the full-service Hyatt Centric brand. Positioned in the heart of Kathmandu, the property aims to be an ideal base for travelers exploring the city's rich history and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Dhruva Rathore, VP of Development, India & Southwest Asia, Hyatt, expressed confidence in the property's strategic location, stating, "This property will serve as an idyllic home base offering personalized, of-place service for guests looking to explore the rich history of the destination."
The Hyatt Centric brand, known for its presence in global destinations, caters to millennial-minded travelers seeking immersive experiences.
