Hurry up; Last day to clinch 10% stock dividend of Prudential Insurance

Today is the last day to get hold of 10% bonus share of Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Jestha 17, 2073) is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Jestha 18, 2073 till Ashad 2, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. PICL has earned net profit of Rs 7.17 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 Its paid up capital remains at Rs 32.40 crore. After distributing 10 percent bonus share its paid up capital will reach to Rs. 35.64 crore.
