Huge promoter shares of Sanima Bank is in auction; applicants need to bid minimum 2 lakh units at Rs 180 minimum price

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) is selling its 27,18,835 unit promoter shares via auction from today (Chaitra 07, 2075). The bids for 27,18,835 unit shares will be accepted till Chaitra 25, 2075.

The banks has urged the interested applicants to place applications for minimum 2,00,000 units of promoter shares. The minimum bid price has been set as Rs 180 so the bids should be placed at Rs 180 or above Rs 180.

Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction of the shares. The application form can be collected and deposited in Sanima Capital Limited.

The bidders must issue good for payment cheque of 10% of total bid amount in the name of Sanima Capital Limited. After the allotment, remaining 90% amount and brokerage commission is payable to Sanima Capital once the allotment notice is published.

Interested applicants need to fill and submit the Fit and Proper Test (as per requirements of NRB) details like tax clearance certificate, CIB report, income source, PAN number and educational certificate.

The last trading price of Sanima Bank Limited is Rs 297.

The number of shares put up for auction exactly matches the number of share that Mr.Birendra Prasad Mahato holds which is 3.40% of the paid up capital. It is highly likely that the auction of promoter shares are the shares held by him. These shares, at minimum amount of Rs.180 per share, are worth Rs.48.93 Crore.
