Last chance to collect uncollected dividends of Neco Insurance of FY 2055/56 to 2058/59 within Chaitra 4

Neco Insurance Limited (NIL) has published a notice for the shareholders regarding the uncollected dividends within Chaitra 8, 2074. The insurance company has stated in the notice that despite of the notices published for the collection of dividend every year, many shareholders have not claimed for it. So, the insurance company has published the notice for the collection of unclaimed dividend of four fiscal years i.e. 2055/56, 2056/57, 2057/58 and 2058/59. NIL has published the notice with reference to the Section 182(9) and 183(1), (6) of The Companies Act, 2063. The unclaimed dividends will be transferred to Investors Welfare Fund created by the Office of Company Registrar, if  the dividends are not collected within Chaitra 8, 2074 and the company will not have any uncollected dividends thereafter.
