Home loans without any service charges at Gandaki Bikas Bank; base rate not to exceed by more than 2% and many more attractive offers

Gandaki Bikas Bank has launched Gandaki Safe Residence Credit Scheme to the market. The customers can avail home loans of Rs 5 lakh to Rs 5 crore under this schemes to purchase home/land and to construct home for which the maximum loan repayment period has been set at 20 years. The development bank has offered home loans without any service and processing charges and the customers are only required to pay interest for their loans. More importantly, the bank has committed that the base rate for the rate of interest will not exceed by more than 2%.

The bank is currently providing banking services from 72 branches and and is mulling to bring 5 more branches to operation in near future.
