Himalayan Urja Bikas Company convening 17th AGM on Chaitra 24; to endorse IPO issue

Himalayan Urja Bikas Company Limited will be conducting its 17^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 24, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Heera Palace Banquet and Events, Naya Baneshwor (opposite Krishna Tower), Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to issue IPO. Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/745.
