Himalayan Power Partner to close books on Poush 14 and 15, 2076; AGM to be held on Poush 28, 2076

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the book closure date of Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL).

As per the notice published, for the purpose of AGM the books of the company will remain closed on Poush 14 and Poush 15, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Poush 13, 2076 will be eligible to attend the AGM.

The company has not proposed any dividend out of the profits of FY 75/76. The date of the AGM is Poush 28, 2076. The current paid up capital stands at Rs.1.06 Arba
