Himalayan General Insurance to convene its 25th AGM on Ashwin 6, 2076; No dividend proposed for shareholders

Himalayan General Insurance Company Limited (HGI) to convene its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 6,2076 in the premises of Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu from 11:30 onwards.

The Board has not proposed any dividend from the accumulated profit of 2074/075.

The main agenda includes the election of 5 new BOD members, out of which 3 will be representing promoter shareholders group and 2 will be representing ordinary shareholders group. And the appointment of auditor and discussion on fixing their remuneration includes other agendas.

HGI earned a net income of Rs.19 crore 85 lakh till the fourth quarter of FY 2075/76. Likewise, the earning per share (EPS) is Rs.11.30 and net worth per share is Rs.174.10.

For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders' register book of the bank was closed on Bhadra 17, 2076, i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Bhadra 16 (last trading day before book closure), 2076 can participate on AGM.
