Himalayan General Insurance declares winner for its corporate office design competition; LineWork Architect wins cash prize of Rs 1.5 lakh and Principle Architect of the proposed structure
Himalayan General Insurance Company has finalized the structure design of its soon-to-be constructed corporate building at Babarmahal of Kathmandu. The insurance company had earlier called for application regarding the same for all the interested Architecture Firms/ individuals registered with Society of Nepalese Architects to submit their designs for the same.
The insurance company that is celebrating its Silver Jubilee Anniversary has selected the best structural design out of the 19 submissions which were received from different firms/individuals registered with Society of Nepalese Architects at Summit Hotel on Falgun 25, 2074.
Issuing the press statement, it was informed that the structural design submitted by LineWork Architect has been acknowledged as the best submission for the upcoming corporate office whereas Innovative Design Concern Pvt Ltd and Multi-Disciplinary Consultants Pvt Ltd have received the consolation prizes.
Chairman of the insurance company mr. Raj Krishna Shrestha has handed over the prize amount of Rs 1.5 lakh to the winning firm whereas consolation prize of Rs 50 thousand each to both consolation prize winners, reads the press statement.
