Himalayan Distillery okays 21.05% cash dividend
The 17th Annual General Meeting of Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) has successfully been conducted on Mangsir 29, 2074 at the company's registered office located at Birgunj Metropolitant City -21 thereby endorsing the proposal to issue 21.05% cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting has also endorsed the balance sheet of the company with the proposed cash dividend of 21.05%. The meeting has subsequently elected Mrs. Rahisha Shah Shrestha, Mr. Akhilesh Prashan Singh and Mr. Narendra Kumar Basnet as board members from promoters and Mr. Shankar Raj Pandey and Mr. Shantu Shrestha from public shareholders group.
