Himalayan Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Himalayan 80-20

Himalayan Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. Bhadra 27th is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the Bhadra 26th are entitled to the dividend payout.
The 74th meeting of the board of directors of Himalayan Capital held on Bhadra 13 has decided to distribute a 16.16% cash dividend worth Rs. 16.16 Crores to the unit holders of Himalayan 80-20 (H8020) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Himalayan 80-20 (H8020) is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 10 years. The fund is sponsored by Himalayan Bank and managed by Himalayan Capital.
For the month of Shrawan, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of H8020 is reported at Rs. 13.34 and it closed at Rs. 11.90.
