Himalayan Bank steps in as title sponsor for Sankata Football Club; provides Rs 10 lakh as sponsor money to support professional soccer growth

Himalayan Bank has stepped in as the sponsor of Sankata Football Club of New Road by providing the cash sponsorship of Rs 10 lakh to the club.

The sponsorship amount was handed amid a program by chairman of the bank Mr. Prachandaman Shrestha and CEO Mr. Ashok Shamsher Rana to chairman of the club Mr. Indraman Tuladhar. The bank hopes that the sponsorship amount will help the club for training and management of its players for ongoing A division football league, as per the media statement.
