Himalayan Bank makes generous financial contribution of Rs 20 lakh to Kathmandu Institute Of Child Health for construction of children hospital

Himalayan Bank Limited, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has extended its helping hand to Kathmandu Institute Of Child Health (KIOCH) located at Hepali Height, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu. The bank provided financial assistance of Rupees Two Million to the institute for construction of children’s hospital in Kathmandu on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

KIOCH is a non-profit organization established in 2017 to deliver integrated multi-specialty high-quality child health care services at affordable cost for all. KIOCH focuses on providing solutions to ever rising health care needs for millions of children in Nepal. The institute has started serving from the newly built hospital located at Damak.

On the behalf of the Bank, Mr. Ashoke SJB Rana, CEO in presence of other Executives of the Bank handed over the cheque to Prof. Dr. Bhagwan Koirala, Chairman, KIOCH amidst a program.
