Himalayan Bank installs digital payment counter at Nepal Army petrol pump in Bhadrakali

Himalayan Bank Limited has started its Digital Payment Counter service at Ripumardini Petrol Station, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu from September 13, 2023. The petrol station is managed by Sainik Kalyankari Kosh. As per the agreement between the Bank and the Kosh, the digital counter has been placed at the petrol station to provide easy digital payment channels to the customers visiting the petrol pump on a daily basis.

The Digital Payment Counter enables customers to make payment of the purchase through NEPALPAY QR of any Banks Mobile Banking App and through POS machine using ATM cards issued by different Banks.

Mr. Ujjal Rajbhandary, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, HBL and Mr. Kiran KC, Brigadier General, Sainik Kalyankari Kosh jointly inaugurated the digital payment counter in the presence of other Executives of the Bank and Kosh amidst a ceremony held at the petrol station.
