Himal Dolakha Hydropower Announces 13th and 14th AGM with Agenda to Endorse 75% Right Shares Issue

Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) has called its 13th and 14th AGM on Bhadra 03, 2079. The AGM will be organized in Lisara Hall, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 13 has proposed to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:0.75 i.e 75% from the paid up capital of Rs. 1.60 Arba. After the issuance of 75% right shares the authorized capital and paid up capital of the company will reach to Rs. 2.80 Arba respectively.

Furthermore, the AGM will elect two board members representing the public investors and 3 from promoters. The AGM will also endorse the annual report, auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports of the fiscal year 2076/77 and 2077/78. Additionally, the AGM will also appoint the auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and decide his remuneration.

The book closure date is declared on Shrawan 19. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
