Hamro Bikas Bank declares 7.3 % cash dividend of Rs 3.35 crore to its shareholders

Hamro Bikas Bank (HAMRO) has declared 7.3 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The meeting of BOD held on Magh 22, 2074 has taken the decision of declaring cash dividend of Rs 3.35 crore to the shareholders. As per the notice published in NEPSE, the decision is subjected to approval from the Rastra Bank. The bank has reported a net profit of Rs 2.21 crore for the Q2 of the FY 2074/75. Its paid up capital stands at Rs 45.87 crore in the Q2 of the fiscal year 2074/75. Its LTP is Rs 162 as on Magh 22, 2074.
