Hamro Bikas Bank 8th AGM to endorse 25% bonus & 200% right share; AGM on Poush 29

Hamro Bikas Bank Limited (HAMRO) will be convening its 8th Annual General Meeting on Poush 29, 2073 and the development bank has announced book closure date for the same. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Poush 8, 2073 till Poush 29, 2073. Only the shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Poush 7, 2073 will be eligible for the bonus share of the company. The bank’s upcoming 8th AGM will endorse 25% bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit of the FY 2072/73. After bonus share distribution, the development bank will endorse 200% right share to its shareholders. The decision is subjected to approval from concerned authorities and the development bank’s upcoming 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM). NIBL Capital Markets Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue. HAMRO has earned net profit of Rs 1.10 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2073/ 74. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 12.23 crore. After distribution of 25% bonus share its paid up capital will rise to Rs 15.28 crore. Again, after issuance of 200 percent right share, the paid up capital will reach to Rs 45.86 crore. Also, the BOD meeting of the development bank held today (Mangsir 28, 2073) has approved the resignation of director Mr. Jiwan Bahadur Shrestha.
