Hamro Bikas Bank 7th AGM today; to approve 15% stock dividend

Hamro Bikas Bank Limited (HAMRO) is convening its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Poush 2, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at Santachuli hotel, Bidur-3, Battar, Nuwakot. Main agenda of the AGM are:

• To endorse 15 percent bonus share from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72 and to increase the issued capital and paid up capital in the same proportion.
• To amend the article of association as directed by registrar officer or the Nepal Rastra Bank.
• Authorize BOD to initiate the merger process with other financial institutions.

Other Agendas of the AGM include Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and endorse 0.79% cash dividend for the tax purpose. Hamro Bikas Bank has earned a net profit of Rs 68.15 lakh in the current fiscal year. It’s paid up capital remains at 10.63 crore. After 15 percent bonus it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs. 12.22 crore.
