Gurkhas Finance to convene their 24th AGM on 10th Falgun; AGM notice silent regarding dividend

Gurkhas Finance Limited (GUFL) has published a notice regarding the AGM of the company. The 380^th BOD meeting of the company decided that the 24^th AGM of the company will be held on 10^th Falgun, 2075 (22^nd February, 2019) at Celebration Banquet, Naxal from 11 AM.

The agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the year 75/76. Other agendas include appointment of independent director and appoint of director representing ordinary shareholders.

The book closure date for the purpose of AGM has been established at 1^st Falgun, 2075. Shareholders holding share of GUFL one day prior to the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the said AGM.
