Guras Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is conducting its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Kartik 22, 2074). The AGM is being held at Hotel Pacific, Dhankuta at 1:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:
  • To endorse 50% right shares.
  • To endorse decision for issuing 1.80 lakh unit IPO shares.
Other agendas of the AGM are amendment of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
