Gurans Laghubitta Calls 22nd AGM on Kartik 23 to Endorse 15% Dividend; When's the Book Closure?

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has called its 10th AGM on 23rd Kartik, 2082. The meeting will be held at the Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel, Dhankuta, Dhankuta, starting at 9:00 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15% dividend from the profits of FY 2081/82 for shareholders. The 155th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 08 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.58 crores. 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.65 Crores and 0.75% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 8,68,871.75 have been proposed.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. Additionally, there is an agenda to elect 4 directors from the promoter shareholding group.
The book closure date is from Kartik 14. Therefore, the shareholders who maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
