Kalinchowk Darshan Limited (KDL) has called its 12th AGM on 16th Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at German Homes Hotel, Gatthaghar, Bhaktapur, starting at 11:30 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 8.9474% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
