Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance SGM today; to endorse 50% right share

Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (GMFIL) is holding its Special General Meeting (SGM) today (Baisakh 2, 2072) at Guheswori Bhawan, Harihar Bhawan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The agendas of the meeting are as follows:
- To endorse 50 percent right share.
- After issuance of right share its paid up capital and issued capital will increase and to amend the article of association accordingly.
- To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Nepal Rastra bank.
