Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance SGM on Baisakh 2; to endorse 50% right share

Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (GMFIL) will be holding its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Baisakh 2, 2072 at Guheswori Bhawan, Harihar Bhawan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The agendas of the meeting are as follows:
  1. To endorse 50 percent right share.
  2. After issuance of right share its paid up capital and issued capital will increase and to amend the article of association accordingly.
  3. To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Nepal Rastra bank.
The register of the company will remain close from Chaitra 23 to Baisakh 1, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming SGM. GMFIL had earned net profit of Rs 2.20 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
