Guheshwori Merchant Banking to hold its 14th AGM on Poush 29; to endorse 15% bonus shares

Guheshwori Merchant Banking Limited and Finance Limited will be holding its 14^th AGM on Poush 29, 2072. The AGM will be held at GuhwshworiBhawan, HariharBhawan, Lalitpur. The main agendas of the meeting are:

• To endorse 15% bonus share from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year and to amend the article of association and memorandum of association to increase the authorized capital, issued capital and paid up capital.
• Authorize BOD to initiate merger or acquisition process with other bank and financial institutions.

Other agendas of the meeting are financial highlights of 2070/71, appointment of the auditor, endorse 0.79% cash dividend for the tax purposeendorse the help provided to earthquake victims. Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 13 will be entitled to the dividend of the company.
