Guheshwori Merchant opens 7th branch in Damak

Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited has opened 7^th branch office at Damak on Mangsir 9, 2073. Rajendra Dhakal, Chairman of Damak Udhyog Banijya Mahasangh inaugurated the newly opened branch office. Issuing a press statement, it stated that the newly opened branch will provide DP services along with SMS, Internet Banking and remittance services. The finance company has collected deposits of Rs 2.07 arba and has disbursed loan of Rs 1.87 arba till date. Likewise, the finance company has an operating profit of Rs 2.30 crore. The finance company aims to further new branch in Jitpur in near future. Also the statement added that the company will propose 50% right and 12% bonus share. With this the company’s paid up capital will reach to Rs 49.35 crore. Recently, the finance company was honored as ‘Best Taxpayer’ in FY 2071/72 by Inland Revenue Department, Lalitpur.
