Guheshwori Merchant Banking & Finance opens 6th branch in Kalaiya, Bara

Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited has opened 6^th branch office at Kalaiya, Bara on Kartik 26, 2073. Issuing a press statement, it stated that the newly opened branch will provide DP services along with SMS, Internet Banking and remittance services. The finance company has collected deposits of Rs 2.17 arba and has disbursed loan of Rs 1.79 arba till the end of Ashad, 2073. Likewise, the finance company has an operating profit of Rs 2.23 crore. The finance company aims to further new branches in Damak and Jitpur in near future. Recently, Guheshwori Merchant had issued 50% right and 12% bonus share to its shareholders.
