Green Ventures Limited Calls AGM on Poush 30; To Discuss Right Shares Related Agenda

Green Ventures Limited (GVL) has published a notice regarding the book closure date for the AGM. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 07 decided to convene the 7th AGM on 30th Poush, 2082, 11:00 AM at Rani Mahal Banquet Pvt Ltd, Kathmandu.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report of 2081/082 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.
4) To approve the appointment of the board of directors.
5) Miscellaneous.
Among the other agendas, there is an agenda regarding the issuance of right shares in the ratio of 1:1.
16th Poush is the book closure date. Therefore, the shareholders who maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
