Grameen Bikas Laghubitta to convene 5th AGM on Poush 25, 2076; book closure on Poush 14, 2076

The 135^th BOD meeting of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GBLBS) has decided that the 5^th AGM of the company will be held on Poush 25, 2076 (January 10, 2020) at Hotel Pauwa, Rupandehi from 11:30 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also move to authorize the BOD to take decisions regarding merger and acquisitions.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from Poush 14, 2076 till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the company till Poush 13, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
