Grameen Bikas Laghubitta to auction RMDC Laghubitta's 81,294 unit shares in auction; Minimum bid price at Rs 325
Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GBLBS) has published a notice today regarding the auction of promoter share of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) that it owned. The auction is open from Ashad 18, 2077 till Ashad 24, 2077.
GBLBS has 81,294 units shares of RMDC, which it is going to divest through auction. The minimum price to bid for the shares is Rs 325. The existing shareholders and other interested investors can participate in the auction.
The applicants should register their bid application till Ashad 24, 2077 by 4 PM. The applicant can apply for the entire units of auction. The applicants need to include the voucher inside the sealed envelope with the bid application. According to the notice, the applicant can deposit bid amount including ownership transfer cost (broker commission, SEBON commission, DP charges) in the Prabhu Bank Limited (Account Name: Prabhu Bank Limited) under the account number 1110063181600113.
