Got Your 5% Cash Dividend from RMDC Laghubitta? This is how to get it

RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) is distributing a 5% cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders.

RMDC Laghubitta has virtually convened its 22nd AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Mangsir 22, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Ms. Sujata Joshi. The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend out of its net profit of Rs. 45.21 crore.

The same 5% cash dividend is now deposited in the bank accounts, starting from Poush 02. It is to be noted that a small portion of this cash dividend is deducted as tax for bonus shares.

For those who have not authenticated their bank account in their Demat accounts and for those who have not dematerialized their shares, the cash dividend will be distributed only after they complete the necessary procedure. Furthermore, investors who have taken margin loans against the shares of RMDC are required to present a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter, depending on when they took the loan.
