Goodwill Finance proposes 5.263% cash dividend; Decision subject to approval from NRB and upcoming AGM

Goodwill Finance Limited (GFCL) has proposed 5.263% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the finance company has proposed 5.263% cash dividend worth Rs 4.21 crore to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75.
The decision of the finance company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
For the previous FY 2073/74, the company had distributed 10.19% bonus shares for its shareholders.
