Gold Slips Rs. 500 From All Time High to Trade at Rs 116,500 Per Tola Today; Silver Down By Rs. 5

The price of gold, which has been breaking records for the past few days, has decreased by 500 rupees per tola today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) today, fine gold is being traded at Rs.1,16,500 per tola and Tejabi gold can be acquired today at Rs.1,15,950 per tola reflecting a decrease of Rs. 500 from Sunday's price.

Comparatively, on Sunday, fine gold was priced at Rs. 1 lakh Seventeen thousand per tola, and Tejabi gold stood at 1 lakh Sixteen thousand Four Hundred and Fifty rupees per tola.

The Nepalese market last witnessed record-breaking prices for gold on October 29 i.e. on yesterday, when fine gold was valued at Rs. 117,000 per tola and Tejabi gold at Rs. 116,450 per tola.

In a similar trend, the silver metal has lost Rs.5 today compared to Sunday and is available in the market at Rs.1,410.

In the global market, the current rate of gold is USD $2,000.40, and silver is trading at $23.09 per ounce.
