Gold Slips Rs. 1,700 From All Time High to Trade at Rs 2,59,000 Per Tola Today

The fine gold market witnessed a slight decline, with prices falling by Rs. 1,700 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the current price of fine gold is Rs. 259,000 per tola, down from Rs. 258,000 per tola recorded earlier.

Similarly, Tejabi gold is trading at Rs. 258,300 per tola, marking a decrease of Rs. 1,700 from yesterday’s Rs. 260,000 per tola.

This decline comes after the record peak on December 15, 2025, when fine gold reached Rs. 260,700 per tola.

Similarly, silver has surged to Rs 3,885 per tola, compared to Rs 3,870 per tola the previous day. The rise in silver price marks its highest level ever recorded in the domestic market.
