Gold Prices Surge by Rs. 700 per Tola, Silver Follows Suit with 10 Rupee Gain

The price of the precious yellow metal has increased by Rs. 700 per tola today compared to Wednesday's trading price.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) today, fine gold maintains a value of Rs.1,09,500 per tola today, while Tejabi gold is priced at Rs. 1,09,000.

Comparatively, on Wednesday, fine gold was priced at Rs. 1 lakh Eight thousand Eight Hundred per tola, and Tejabi gold stood at 1 lakh Eight thousand Three Hundred rupees per tola.

In a similar trend, the price of silver has also witnessed an increase today. With a 10 rupee gain, the current price of silver is set at 1,350 rupees per tola. Comparatively, Wednesday saw a silver price of Rs 1,340 per tola.

The current rate of gold in the international market is USD $1,878.40 while silver is being traded at $22.15 per ounce.
