Gold Prices Surge by Rs. 2800 per Tola, Silver Follows Suit with Rs 55 Rupee Gain

The value of the precious yellow metal experienced a remarkable surge of Rs. 2,800 per tola in a single day.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) today, fine gold is being traded at Rs.1,18,800 per tola after it increased by Rs.2800 compared to Wednesday's trading price of Rs.1,16,000 per tola.
Likewise, Tejabi gold can be acquired today at Rs.1,18,250 per tola, reflecting a Rs. 2800 increase from Wednesday's price of Rs. 1,15,450 per tola.
In a similar trend, the price of silver has also witnessed an increase today. With a 55 rupee gain, the current price of silver is set at 1,455 rupees per tola. Comparatively, Wednesday saw a silver price of Rs 1,400 per tola.
The global surge in gold prices, now at $2,032.90 per ounce, has significantly impacted the domestic bullion market. Simultaneously, silver is being exchanged at $23.84 per ounce on the international market.
