Gold Prices Soar to Historic Highs in Nepal

A steady surge in gold prices across Nepal has maintained its strong upward momentum, marking yet another record high in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold soared by Rs. 2,600, reaching an unprecedented Rs. 238,000 per tola.

This sharp rise follows the previous day’s rate of Rs. 235,400 per tola, surpassing the earlier record set on October 7, 2025.

Similarly, Tejabi gold also saw a significant increase, climbing to Rs. 237,300 per tola from Rs. 234,700 per tola a day earlier.

In contrast, silver prices recorded a slight dip of Rs. 5 per tola, bringing the market rate down to Rs. 2,955 per tola from the earlier Rs. 2,960 per tola.
