Gold Prices in Nepal Reach Unprecedented Heights

Gold prices in Nepal continued their strong upward trajectory, hitting yet another record in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold surged by Rs. 1,100, reaching an all-time high of Rs. 2,17,100 per tola.

This increase represents a sharp rise from the previous day’s rate of Rs. 2,16,000 per tola, surpassing the previous record set on September 16, 2025.

Meanwhile, tejabi gold also saw a significant uptick, climbing to Rs. 2,16,400 per tola from Rs. 2,15,300 per tola a day earlier.

The upward trend in precious metals was not limited to gold. Silver prices also rose, gaining Rs. 20 per tola to settle at Rs. 2,620 per tola, compared to Rs. 2,600 per tola previously.
