Gold Price Spikes by Rs. 600 per Tola, Silver Follows Suit with 35 Rupee Gain

The price of the precious yellow metal has increased by Rs. 600 per tola today compared to Friday's trading price.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) today, fine gold maintains a value of Rs. 1,16,900 per tola today, while tejabi gold is priced at Rs. 116,350.

Comparatively, on Friday, fine gold was priced at Rs. 1 lakh 16 thousand Three Hundred per tola, and tejabi gold stood at 1 lakh 15 thousand 750 rupees.

In a similar trend, the price of silver has also witnessed an increase today. With a 35 rupee gain, the current price of silver is set at 1,485 rupees per tola. Comparatively, Friday saw a silver price of Rs 1,450 per tola.

The current rate of gold in the international market is USD $2,002.70 while silver is being traded at $24.32 per ounce.
