Gold Price Drops Noticeably; Lost Rs. 1100 Per Tola Today to Trade at Rs. 110,000, Silver Down By Rs. 5

The price of fine gold has lost Rs. 1100 per tola today while the tejabi gold has fallen by Rs. 1050 from yesterday's price.

According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded today at Rs. 110,000 per tola. Yesterday, the rate was maintained at Rs. 111,100 per tola. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 109,500 today. In contrast, the rate was maintained yesterday at Rs. 110,550 per tola.

On the sideline, silver has lost Rs. 5 per tola. The lustrous white metal is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 1,370 per tola, compared to yesterday's closing rate of Rs. 1,365 per tola.

The current price of gold in USD is $1,989.70 per ounce while silver is trading at $23.75 per ounce in the international market.
