Gold Price Drops By Rs. 500 Per Tola Today; Silver Down by Rs. 5

The price of gold has lost Rs. 500 per tola today.

According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded today at Rs. 109,100 per tola. Yesterday, the rate was maintained at Rs. 109,600 per tola. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 108,600 today. In contrast, the rate was maintained yesterday at Rs. 109,100 per tola.

On the sideline, silver has also lost Rs. 5 per tola. The lustrous white metal is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 1,410 per tola, compared to yesterday's closing rate of Rs. 1,415 per tola.

The current price of gold in USD is $1,984.10 per ounce while silver is trading at $24.89 per ounce in the international market.
