Global IME to hold its AGM on Kartik 29; to endorse 23% bonus share

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) will be convening its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 29, 2072. The AGM will be held at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamladi, Kathmandu. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 23 percent bonus share from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72 and to endorse the proposal to increase issued capital and paid up capital.
• To amend the article of the association and memorandum of the association as necessary
• Authorize BOD to initiate merger and acquisition process with other bank and financial institutions.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, to consolidate the books of Global IME Capital Ltd and Global IME Bank ltd. for the fiscal year 2071/72, and appointment of the auditor. Only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 11 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 12, 2072 till Kartik 29, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
