Global IME Sammunat Scheme-1 reports slight decline in NAV; Highest investment made in NMB Bank worth Rs 6.09 crore

Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 (GIMES1), a closed-end 7 years mutual fund scheme managed by Global IME Capital Limited, has reported slight decrease in its Net Asset Value (NAV).

As per the financial report published yesterday, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV decreases to Rs. 8.33 in Kartik end from Rs 8.57 in Ashoj end. The NAV of the fund is below the par value of Rs 10 per unit.

The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has invested Rs. 70.11 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 3.54 crore in non-listed shares as on Kartik end. Similarly, it has Rs 3.91 crore in fixed deposits.

The fund has reported net loss of Rs 22.99 crore in the month of Kartik which is more than the net loss of Rs 20.65 crore in the month of Ashoj.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, Global IME Samunnat Fund has its highest investment in 1,76,046 unit shares in NMB Bank Limited (NMB) worth Rs 6.09 crore.
