Global IME reports Rs 8.80 as NAV for Bhadra; Mutual Fund invests the highest amount in NMB Bank

Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 (GIMES1), a closed-end 7 years mutual fund scheme managed by Global IME Capital Limited, has reported slight increase in its Net Asset Value (NAV).

As per the financial report published yesterday, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV increases to Rs. 8.80 in Bhadra end from Rs 8.63 in Shrawan end. The NAV of the fund is below the par value of Rs 10 per unit.

The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has invested Rs. 77.15 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 4.22 crore in non-listed shares as on Bhadra end. Similarly, it has Rs 5 crore in fixed deposits and Rs 5.47 crore as bank balance.

The fund has reported net loss of Rs 18.35 crore in the month of Bhadra which is less than the net loss of Rs 19.96 crore in the month of Shrawan.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, Global IME Samunnat Fund has its highest investment in NMB Bank Limited (NMB) worth Rs 6.50 crore.
