Global IME, Industrial Bank of Korea sign remittance pact

Global IME Bank has signed an agreement for remittance arrangement with Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) -- owned by the Government of the Republic of Korea -- with 644 branch network across the country. According to a press release, the agreement was signed by Anil Gyawali, CEO of Global IME and General Manager of IBK Bank Lee Dong-Geop.
"With this arrangement, remittance sent from any of 644 branch offices of Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) can be credited into Global IME Bank or any other commercial bank's account instantly," it said, adding that the partnership has been perceived to set yet another milestone in building trust on our customers seeking a safe and reliable source of handling their remittance.
